Project Background

The 1701 East Blvd Apartment complex is a large-scale multifamily development comprising two apartment towers – North and South – totaling over 280 residential units and 560,000+ square feet. With a substantial scope and aggressive build schedule, efficient procurement was critical to keeping the project on track.
